Who we are

AND Investments LLC is a real estate investment company based in Scottsdale and focused entirely on Maricopa County. We buy houses directly from homeowners, landlords, and estates, and we make cash offers on properties in any condition.

We work across the full range of residential investing. Some houses we fix and flip — renovating them and putting them back on the market as updated homes. Some we buy and hold as long-term rentals. And some we wholesale, assigning the contract to another investor whose plans fit the property better than ours.
