How you opt in
You can opt in through the contact form on our Contact page, which has two separate checkboxes:
- Customer care text messages (optional) — messages regarding replies to your inquiry, property evaluation and walkthrough scheduling, cash offer updates, and closing updates.
- Marketing text messages (optional) — messages regarding new property deals, buying updates, and other marketing messages.
Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default, and they are independent: checking one does not opt you in to the other. You can send the contact form without checking either box.
Program terms
- You may receive transactional messages related to replies to your inquiry, property evaluation and walkthrough scheduling, cash offer updates, and closing updates. These are sent only if you opted in to customer care text messages.
- You may receive recurring marketing messages related to new property deals, buying updates, and other marketing messages. These are sent only if you opted in to marketing text messages.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe.
